EXERCISE THERAPY
Although hands-on therapy has many benefits the best way towards a long-term solution for your injury is through your own exercise therapy. This will include mobility work and strengthening the surrounding musculature.
Your exercise needs to be progressive in nature to make a lasting difference. Fear not - if you do not normally work out we are not expecting you to walk into your local gym and smash out the weights! We always commence at a level that is comfortable for you.
